2. Complete Your Environment Intake Form — After purchase, you'll receive a short online form to provide network details, IP ranges and scope, points of contact, and logistics needed to plan your test.
3. Kickoff Call with an MEC Security SME — A dedicated subject matter expert will review your intake form, confirm scope and testing windows, and coordinate any access requirements, such as an internal test device, external targets, and rules of engagement.
4. Testing Is Conducted — Our team executes the internal and external assessments, validates findings, and prepares your reporting package.
5. Reports Delivered — You'll receive your Executive Summary, Technical Report, and remediation guidance.
6. Optional SME Readout Call — Walk through the findings with our team and get your questions answered directly.
7. Internal PenTest ***IMPORTANT*** Internal testing requires our vPenTest agent to be deployed within your network beforehand, either via a physical appliance we provide or a Linux (preferably Ubuntu) VM your team helps us set up.  The virtual appliance can be setup on hypervisors like VMware ESXi, and Microsoft Hyper-V.  This deployment must be completed before testing can begin.
