How It Works

1. You choose the number of support hours that best match your organization’s needs.
2. All purchased hours are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, providing full flexibility for planning, training, refinement, discussions, and scenario support.

These add-on support hours are available only to new full-service clients and existing clients with an active Emergency Management & Preparedness subscription through MEC.

Support hours are valid for one year from the purchase date and do not roll over into subsequent terms.

If purchased by an organization without an active subscription, the order will be canceled and refunded.

Important Note About Support Hour Tiers

When increasing the number of support hours to a higher quantity, the selected support plan will move to the new tier’s total hour limit. The tiers do not stack or combine.

Example: If you increase this base plan to the 10-hour tier, you are moving to the 10-hour tier — you are not adding the 5-hour and 10-hour tiers together.
